Yomi will probably just use some rock/pop music; at least that's what he did in his other smash videos on youtube.

Ok, I got several sets recorded against Yomi and Thor. I don't think I played particularly well (I was pretty stupid at times), but my Sheik was in pretty good shape.

I had 2 videos of Ice Climbers rounds recorded, 3 of Luigi, at least 2 of Marth, at least 2 of Falco, a fair amount of Sheik, and a gratuitous amount of Roy. The videos should be up within a week.
