Umm....I'll take a whack at it (even though I don't know all that much about it)

So these dudes think that every thought we have has a wavelength or something, and so "the universe" aka "God" or "Allah" or whatever you believe in interprets that thought and fires it right back at you. It makes it manifest. So it talks about the "power of positive thinking" and stuff.

Personally I think it's a good principal to live by, but I'm not going to just sit on my butt and think about how I want an uber-hot girlfriend, I'll go out and do something about it!
